|Recommended: YesQuiet and comfortable — I've lived here since March 2016 and have been impressed by how quiet the community is. I've only had a few issues 1. The laundry rooms are dirty and usually only have a few operating machines 2. The cabinets are rather old and obviously deteriorating, I find bits of the cabinets on my dishes every time I take one out, like the material is crumbling inside and falling on top of them.

|Recommended: YesEverything here looks good and feels good — Its a great spot to live. no matter where you look, you can always have a great view. pools are clean and lawns are cut. couldnt ask for a better place to live.

|Recommended: YesThis is a very nice place to live. — Mack Park Apt is a great place to live. The staff is very polite and helpful. The maintenance personnel are solid and very good about following up after they complete projects. My AC unit was replaced with a new unit. The Maintenance staff made it a high priority to get everything squared away. My neighbors are polite and considerate. I've had nothing but positive experiences since I joined this community.

|Recommended: YesThey are old properties, but decently priced. — The appliances are all old, hopefully you are not stuck with an old AC unit that has a hard time getting the apartment cold. While maintenance does a good job fixing things, the apartments are old and there is only so much that can be done. The apartments are not badly priced, so it somewhat makes up for the downsides faced here.

|Recommended: YesNice quite place to live — My husband and I love living at Mack Park. We have moved back 3 times. Now plan to only move into a 2 bedroom when available until we can find a house. The noise here is pretty quiet the upkeep is great for an older apartment. They have been upgrading instead of letting the place fall apart. Very spacious and fairly priced for the sqft you get and being in Denton. Staff and maintenance are great, the best we have dealt with at any apartment I would and have recommended this place to others.

|Recommended: YesNot a bad place for an older property — good neighbors, maintenance is prompt and helpful, office staff is knowledgeable. not a bad place to live, they apartments are a bit older but basically in good shape and maintanance fixes any problems quickly.

|Recommended: YesPretty average. — Living here has not been to bad. Pretty quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Neighbors are great and friendly. The one huge problem we have faced and still are trying to figure out, is the washer and dryer situation in our apartment. the laundry room door frame and door is way too small to even fit a standard sized washer and dryer in. SO we are faced with having to spend more money to wash our laundry. We have pretty much dealt with it, space in the apartments are great but only one storage closet not big enough to fit truly anything. would love to have more storage space. Over all it is a nice complex.

|Recommended: YesFine place to live — I enjoy my apartment for the most part. Some of my biggest complaints follow. The raise in rent every re sign makes no sense. It makes me feel like they just want to clear loyal people out for new residents.I wouldn't mind the raise in rent if it came with something worth while, like renovations or upgrades to my apartment. Also, there is a terrible roach problem that will not go away no matter how much I clean and put traps down. Other than that its not too bad, old feeling to all the appliances but its all good.
Thank you for the feedback Ashton, unfortunately we do have to raise rents when the markets raise but do always try to be fair and raise gradually instead of all at once.

|Recommended: YesComfortable, mid-range apartments, great maintenance people — Mack Park is one of the nicer apartments I've lived in. I like having the choice between FIOS or Charter for the internet. The layout is spacious. The office will accept packages in your absence. Maintenance is friendly and timely. My neighbors are quiet for the most part, though once in a while I'll hear one yelling or a baby crying. The lawn is well maintained and I haven't noticed dog bombs like some of the other places I've lived. People have creative license with their patios and even have little gardens, which is very cool Appliances are new for the most part, though the dishwasher looks like it's from the 80's. It works pretty well. The kitchen sinks are shallow and the bathroom sinks look like they're painted latex. I'm docking 2 construction stars and 1 from maintenance because there was a time where the water was randomly on and off about 8 hours wk for 5 or 6 months, the parking lot was flooded, and now there's a sizeable pothole in the with exposed rebar that's been there for a year. Speaking of water, the bill is divvied up by apartment and is expensive compared to other apartments and homes. Overall, a comfortable place to live with just a few minor inconveniences.

|Recommended: YesIt's great Lovely community. — I like living at Mack Park. My one and only complaint is that I can hear my neighbors as if they're in the next room. Other than that, I would highly recommend living here to students or families. The rent is cheap and the apartment is spacious, great layout design.
