|Recommended: YesI'm very pleased — The grounds are well kept, there's been no major incidents that I can recall, and despite the location, I feel very safe living in this complex. I can't hear my neighbors, but I can hear the bass from the cars in the car wash next door, so AWESOME job with the insulation, Mack Park
I like that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for my pets, and the fact that you can park anywhere with no visitors pass has been the greatest gift. The office clerks are very kind and have never failed to answer a question that I have.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, orderly, and efficient — The staff are really nice, it's conveniently located only a few minutes from the Square one way, and the Loop the other way, AND there's a bus stop right at the corner Overall, I like the layout of the apartments, and everything seems to be updated fairly often.

|Recommended: YesAging Infastructure — The apartments themselves are decent. However the floors are weak. There are several places in my apartment where the floors actually shift and you can feel the boards give way. Some you can even teter totter on. Of course the rotting wood on the patios and the weather cracking of the concrete is always a concern of a sort. Very cheap bathroom fixtures towel rod ripped from wall from hanging a wet towel I replaced myself. shower rack snapped from being used. can't replace that. The ovens suck entirely, very old ovens. No timer, over heats over cooks. the exhaust fan is pointless might as well of just put a normal fan blowing smoke back out at me.
Other than that it's not bad.

|Recommended: YesA lovely place to live — the price is decent for the space you get, however parking is hell. half the time when i leave to drop off my partner at work at 4 am, there is someone who always gets up and moves their vehicle once i leave. always.i'm gone for maybe 5 mins, 10 at most.. but other than that, it's quiet, rarely any trouble, and most of the pet owners are quite nice and respectful of looking after the dogs' waste. maintenance is pretty quick when it comes to repairs, assuming the form is filled out to the fullest, and they are'nt too busy at the time of your request.

|Recommended: YesMack Park Great place to live — If you enjoy high water bills that are averaged throughout the complex regardless your individual usage if you love the sound of a loud car-wash at 5 00am if you enjoy parking long distances away from your vehicle at night if you are happy about having an out-dated central A C unit that runs up your electric bill.
