|Recommended: YesGood Quality for the Money You Pay — Out of all the apartments in Denton, I would have to say that this one is the best bang for your buck. Close to TWU, mature residents, and generally quiet. The maintenance guy, Ray AKA Snake , is amazing at what he does and he is super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff will help you however they can, even if they don't know the answer immediately. Generally, the grounds and pools are kept tidy and clean, but the people that they have hired to do the grass cutting don't do a very good job and can be unprofessional to the residents. Also, if you are a pet owner, they have baggies on the grounds, but they will run out. If this happens, there will be dog poop in the grass and no one can clean it up. Some neighbors can be loud, but if you report them to the office, they normally aren't loud. Parking has become a bit more crowded, but there are spots available, even if you have to walk a bit further. I will say, be careful where you park. Try to park in front of security cameras because there are people who attempt to break into cars. It happened to us, but they didn't take anything of value. You can always call the police and they will be happy to search the area. This is rare, but it does happen and the office staff is very willing to help. Overall, I would give this place a 7 10.

|Recommended: YesProvides apt living conditions, with a homely feel. — It's great, we appreciate the timely fashion in which maintenance operates. We appreciated the new fixtures within our apartment as well as a clean space when we first moved in. The price is absolutely unmatched within the Denton area, as we were able to meet a reasonable sq. footage to overall rent ratio. Highly recommend.

|Recommended: YesQuiet community, lovely apartments. — It feels like a little community, unlike traditional apartment living. Despite the crooked and peeling cabinets, I love that every apartment has its own little yard out front and parking is plentiful.
I'm really sorry to hear that you had problems with the apartment cabinets. On the other hand, we have great news! We are upgrading our apartments as well as the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and we have had amazing feedback about the new style apartments!! |Recommended: YesVery Impressed — I had trouble knowing how to apply as this was my first place as an adult and Stormi and Sulma were very helpful. Throughout our stay, the management as a whole has been very responsive and always notifies the community when there is work done to the property, as well as updates throughout the process. Last month they brought a chicken and waffles truck in Very happy here.

|Recommended: YesRey and stormy — Stormy and Rey are the best. Very helpful and are on top of it. Rey is the best maintenance man we could ask for. His response times are always incredible and he always gets the job done. He’s very helpful with things like air filters and AC tips with out even putting work orders in. I don’t care if he’s make 100,000 a year he definitely deserves a raise.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment in Denton — My wife and I have lived in the Denton Area for years now and have gone from lower income to this apartment. The staff is amazing, I spoke with Stormy throughout the move in process and they were always willing to help. Maintenance and Staff have been great no complaints
