|Recommended: YesFantastic Place — This is the first apartment that my husband and I have had, and we have been very impressed. After hearing horror stories from my friends about other places, I was very nervous about moving into an apartment. However, we have never had a bug problem, maintenance is AMAZING they actually ran over here when our air conditioner went out, and have taken great care of everything , office staff is friendly and helpful, and even with where it is located, we have always felt safe. The only downside is that the dryers in the main laundry mat have gone out frequently during the 2 years we have been here and it often takes over 3 and a half hours 1 wash and 2 - 1 1 2 hour drying sessions to do a load of laundry. Would definitely recommend buying your own washer dryer.

|Recommended: YesFine, but needs updating — It's fine, but the apartment needs updating. The doors and windows are leaky thermally and with just, like, wind. The major fixtures fridge, stove, etc. are... old. The construction of cabinets is subpar. Particleboard flakes off all the time and the laminate that is supposed to make it look like real wood is coming off. The fridge door can't actually open all the way. Like who decided that was okay While they have hookups for your own washer dryer, it's an extremely limited set of possible washers and dryers that could even fit in the space. The on-site washers and dryers are fine when they work... but boy do they not work too often. Some of the dryers are just straight-up unuseable as dryers. The card swipes for the machines are the worst. They seemingly randomly throw up every kind of error code before letting the card finally work, unless they freeze out because too many errors have happened

|Recommended: YesMy Mack Park Apartment Experience Just Moved In — The application process - prompt. The move in process with paperwork keys and all instructions information - on point. The customer service from the Management office was and is professional and very courteous. The little interaction I have experienced with maintenance was completed within a day. I briefly interacted with one of the maintenance workers and he was courteous. Of course, all maintenance issue timeframes will vary. I am clearly happy at this point, but I do understand living environment will change according to the time we are all facing. I give a rating of 4 STARS because realistically … Nothing is perfect but true to say. Mack Park is the place to Live . Check out Mack Park Apartments

|Recommended: YesA Fantastic Place to Call Home — I love living here. It's a great price, and an extremely safe, warm community. I've really enjoyed the friendliness of my neighbors and the staff. Everyone in the office, especially Stormy, have gone above and beyond when I've asked them for information or assistance on anything. They've all been great.

|Recommended: YesSatisfied — I have lived here a little over 3 years. Lived in two different buildings. First building was not as quiet as current one in regard to a noise barrier. Been in current unit for couple years and it's always quiet. No bugs knock on wood . The apartment lay outs are all different. Cute. Could be updated but then they'd have to raise rent. I believe rent is reasonable for what I've seen others charge. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and do a very good job. I've never had to wait long for maintenance issues or questions answered. Not best area in town but I haven't had any issues with anyone. I have lived in one other apartment complex in past four years comparing the two, this one is superior. Currently don't have any complaints worth writing about.

|Recommended: YesGood AC. Expensive water. Bad lighting. — Buildings are kept up with. AC is good in Texas summer. Water is expensive and goes out too often. Lighting is bad in my apartment but they have a lot of choices in layout.
Thanks for the review and hopefully we have been able to rectify any issues with the water. We continue to strive towards making everyone's living situation as positive as possible and hope we can continue to improve on any issues that may arise. Please let me know what we could do to fix the lighting situation you are experiencing.

The apartment is nice everything is exactly how I wanted it and could possibly ask for. If your new to the area and are wondering where you should move in.. this is great start.
