|Recommended: YesLove the staff and community — I have been overly surprised at the level of professionalism as well as customer care that the office staff gives the residents. I also am thrilled with the expediency of the maintenance team and appreciate how quickly they resolve issues when they occur. After not living in an apartment for a while I was worried that I would be disappointed but besides my garage not being great and me paying full price for it while it has issues I am still very thankful when problems arise the team at Mack Park is there. I also am now seeing that the community will be holding events for the residents and I appreciate that. I am still pretty new to the community but if this level of care continues I will for sure be renewing my lease.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to call home — Great for the price. The community is relatively quiet except the walls are a little thin, but it is only a problem if you are not doing something. Staff is nice and attentive, renovations to the exterior have been done, and it seems like the property cares to increase the standard of living in this community. Happy with my stay and renewed my lease. Definitely a nice place to stay for a few years.

|Recommended: YesA Great First Apartment — I love living here My husband and I moved in and have been very pleased with the management. Communication from the office is clear, maintenance is done in a very timely manner, and it's usually pretty quiet The location is nice too, just a couple blocks away from a convenience store and a few food joints. The apartment itself is well-kept, with plenty of room and a great layout.

|Recommended: YesI'm So Happy — After living in cheaper apartments, this one is worth the money. The staff is amazing, it looks great all the time and you rarely hear anyone around you. I love this place so much. The only thing I was let down by was the outdated cabinets most are very uneven but fixable but I got used to that within the first week of living here and you cant really expect anything else in Denton.

|Recommended: YesA Nice Place to Call Home — This is my second time residing at Mack Park. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The complex is quiet, and that is saying a lot for a town with two universities.
I have been very happy with the maintenance of both the grounds and my unit. I've had many apartments in Denton over the years, and none of them have met Mack Park's standards for pest control. With the exception of a single cricket, I have yet to see one bug inside my apartment.

|Recommended: YesWonderfully Roomy, Beautiful, and Nice — Me and my partner live in a 2 bedroom place with washer dryer hookups which is hard to find for a good price here in Denton. The place is spacious and the staff of Mack Park are very wonderful and timely, so communication between tenants and staff is a blessing. The exterior is also very nice.

|Recommended: YesI would recommend this community. — You are gonna have issues where ever you go. Whether its with your neighbors, office, the grounds, whatever the case may be. But for the most part, i really love these apartments. The office staff helps me to their fullest capabilities to get my needs met. The maintenance is prompt and he is the nicest. Ive had a few issues with my neighbors but its not gonna stop me from loving this community. The grounds are always in up keep. So yes i would highly recommend these apartments. Thank you

|Recommended: YesLived here for 2 months — So I really enjoy living here. My apartment person is Amanda and she has been great. She communicates openly and honestly with me.
The big reason I'm here is to comment on maintenance. On Sunday my water heater started leaking. I call the emergency line and Ray was over there in 3 minutes. No lie. We didn't even have time to straighten up. He was trying to empty it when it started leaking every where. We hurried and helped him with towels to avoid more water going everywhere. He was so thankful He told us we may be without hot water for 3 days. It was only 1 day. Which I know some things can be out of control and we got lucky.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — I like the amount of space in the apartments, as well as the layout, which can fit a surprising amount of furniture. Parking is generally good, and I have no complaints about sound from neighbors. Maintenance has been fantastic. Overall, I am very pleased with this unit and the apartment staff.
