|Recommended: YesReasonably priced, nice staff, good value — Comparing to other apartments, the rent is on the lower end. The layout of the apartment (at least mine) is really nice. The ladies in the front office are very helpful and pleasant to talk to. It's a bit far from campus if you're a student, but it's doable: a 25 minute bike ride or a 10 minute drive to UNT. The appliances are dated, but maintenance is done in a timely and friendly manner. Just be aware of the "add-on" bills: washer/dryer, electricity, waste, water, internet, and tv. These are still reasonable, but don't forget to factor them into the monthly total. Overall, I'm happy with the complex.

|Recommended: YesAbove average living for the modest price charged — My fiance and I scoured Denton and couldn't find anything that came close to what Mack Park offers for the price they charge. Owning a pitbull (regardless of how well behaved and docile) severely limits the places you can live at, but MP doesn't discriminate which we absolutely love. The staff has always been nice to us, and we LOVE the maintenance guy. Any issue we have had has been fixed promptly and completely. We would recommend (and have!) this complex to anyone on a budget wanting a nice place to call home.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance requests unfulfilled, friendly staff — I just moved in yesterday, but so far there are 3 maintenance deficiencies. Other than that, love the area, love the space, thankful there is no breed & weight restriction for dogs. Plus my cat enjoys being here.
